POSITION SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:
The Director, Information Systems Senior CRM Developer is responsible for creating, enhancing and updating applications, plug-ins and extensions in order to optimize the utilization and integration of our Microsoft CRM 4.0 based membership (CRM for Members) system with other systems in use by the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish development schedules to accomplish projects on time
- Develop new applications integrating with and utilizing Microsoft CRM 4.0 or 2011 systems based on business specifications utilizing existing business process documentation
- Create plug-ins, workflows, and other system enhancements integrating with and utilizing Microsoft CRM 4.0 or 2011 systems
- Ability to collaborate with clients and translate requirements into CRM application functionality identifying areas for customizations and custom development
- Conceive, design and create documentation protocols for technical and non-technical users
- Understand and provide solutions for the CRM application, interfaces and database to ensure the system operates according to business needs
- Monitor and report system performance metrics, errors, inaccuracies or inefficiencies
- Independently drive issue resolutions, develop business principles and procedures and apply technical alternatives as primary liaison with staff
- Design training materials and user guidelines and educate users on features, operation, and usage of CRM system and applications
- Ability to respond quickly in a rapidly changing business environment
- 24/7 support may be required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft CRM 4.0 or 2011, including workflows, data structures, design, using filtered views and other security issues
- Excellent knowledge of C#, JavaScript, ASP, .NET, and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or higher
- Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft CRM SDK and developing against Microsoft CRM 4.0 or 2011
- Ability to pass applicable skill tests C#, CRM, .NET, Microsoft SDK, and SQL Server
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with staff effectively and professionally
- Ability to prioritize and perform complex tasks independently
- 6 years of application development experience strongly preferred
- MS CRM Certification is preferred; must have minimum of 2 years' experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0/4.0 design, configuration and customization
- Proven experience in .NET, C#, ASP, SQL Server
- Functional experience in all phases of the development lifecycle a must including requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation and support
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Other duties as assigned
